Shipping Method

  1. We dispatch orders on weekdays (Mon-Fri, except holidays). After placing your order, please allow 1-2 business days for us to prepare it for its journey.
  2. Our trusty carriers help us ensure standard deliveries reach you in about 3-5 business days. Standard shipping charges are in play.
  3. For our curly friends in East Indonesia, please give it an extra 4-6 days. When checking out, pick the shipping method that suits you best.
  4. Currently, international shipping is off the table, however you can always contact our team.
  5. For those super-fast deliveries, we use express carriers. Just remember, sometimes they don’t work on weekends and can’t deliver to PO Boxes.
  6. If you’ve purchased our product through a third-party platform or marketplace, please consult their specific shipping policy.

Order Status

We process orders Monday through Friday in the order in which they are received. If you place an order after 12:00 PM WITA from Monday to Thursday, or after 11:00 AM on Friday, we’ll start on it the next business day.

Need To Change Your Submitted Order?

Once you’ve placed an order with Modern Curly, we can’t change or cancel it. But if your order comes back to us, we’ll give you a refund within 7 to 10 days. We know this might be a bit tricky, and we’re sorry for any hassle. Thanks for understanding and shopping with us.

Reporting Order Problem

If you find something missing or damaged in your order, or have any other issue, give us a call or drop us an email. It’ll be super helpful if you have your order number ready. We promise to sort things out as quickly as we can.

Return & Exchange Policy

Your happiness with Modern Curly is our top priority. If you ever get something from us that doesn’t make your curls bounce with joy, you can send it back for a full refund.

Sale items, promotional gift items, and e-gift cards are not eligible for any returns.

For products purchased in store, please return to the original point of purchase.

For our bookkeeping purposes, we respectfully request that you include the sales receipt and/or invoice with any return. Pop your order details inside the package and let us know why you’re sending it back. For safe shipping, use a tracked service and keep a copy of the number. Please be informed that we can’t refund return shipping costs and the return shipping cost is also on you for now.

Once we get your return, give us a day or two to check it out. Refunds will pop into your original payment method in about 7 days, and we’ll contact you for an update.

However, if you got our products from other places or not our official stores, we can’t help with returns or any issues.
